Anti-Human IgE Antibody [1A2]
-
Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with 4C3 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Human IgE was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IgE monoclonal antibody (1A2) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: 1A2 and 4C3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IgE.
