Cross reactivity
Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. KT132 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
Result: KT132 does not cross-react with human IgA, IgM and IgE.
