Cross reactivity
Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. 1A2 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: 1A2 does not cross-react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgA and IgM.
