Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT209 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KT209 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.

Result: KT209 can detect human IgG4 by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with KT209 at 5 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Human IgG4 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IgG4 monoclonal antibody (KT131) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT209 and KT131 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IgG4.
