Anti-Rat IgG2b Antibody [KT98]

Western blotting
Rat IgG2a, rat IgG2b, rat IgG2c, rat IgG1 and human IgG1 were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT98 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Rat IgG2b band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Lane 1: 100 ng of rat IgG2a
Lane 2: 100 ng of rat IgG2b
Lane 3: 100 ng of rat IgG2c
Lane 4: 100 ng of rat IgG1
Lane 5: 100 ng of human IgG1
Result: KT98 can specifically detect rat IgG2b by Western blotting.
