Human IgG, human IgA, human IgM and human IgE were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT16 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Human IgM band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.

Result: KT16 can specifically detect human IgM by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with KT16 at 5 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Human IgM was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody (KT38) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT16 and KT38 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IgM.
