    Microtiter wells were coated with K06089_13E12 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Recombinant human IgG3 (Cat. KAA001H01C03C) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IgG3 monoclonal antibody (K16244_1A5) was used as the detection antibody.

    Result: K06089_13E12 and K16244_1A5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IgG3. 

  • Cross-reactivity

    Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. K06089_13E12 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.

    Result: K06089_13E12 does not cross-react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, IgA, IgM and IgE.
