Western blotting
25 ng of recombinant human IL-15 (Cat. P01004PA) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K94008_2A3 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-15 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K94008_2A3 can detect human IL-15 by Western blotting.

Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with K94008_2A3 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IL15 (Cat. P01004PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL15 monoclonal antibody (K94008_5H9) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K94008_2A3 and K94008_5H9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL15.
