Anti-Human IL1A Antibody [K24011_18D3]

Microtiter wells were coated with K24011_18D3 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IL1A (Cat. P00084PC) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1A monoclonal antibody (K24011_17E10) was used as the detection antibody. 

Result: K24011_18D3 and K24011_17E10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1A.

Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 µg K24011_18D3 with PMA and LPS treated THP-1 lysate containing 200 µg of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. Anti-human IL1A (K24011_12H10) at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. 

Lane 1: PMA and LPS treated THP-1 lysate 

Lane 2: Human IL1A immunoprecipitated from PMA and LPS treated THP-1 lysate by K24011_18D3 

Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody 

Result: K24011_18D3 can immunoprecipitate human IL1A.
