Anti-Human IFNA2 Antibody [K29019_9C6]
-
Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with K29019_9C6 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IFNA2 (Cat. P00082PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IFNA2 monoclonal antibody (K29019_13B11) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K29019_9C6 and K29019_13B11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNA2.
