25 ng of recombinant human IFNA2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K29019_13B11 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNA2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K29019_13B11 can detect recombinant human IFNA2 by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with K29019_13B11 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IFNA2 (Cat. P00082PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti- human IFNA2 monoclonal antibody (K29019_16A5) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K29019_13B11 and K29019_16A5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNA2.
