25 ng of recombinant human IFNA1 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92003_13E6 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNA1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K92003_13E6 can detect recombinant human IFNA1 by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with K92003_13E6 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IFNA1 (Cat. P00703PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti- human IFNA1 monoclonal antibody (K92003_15B12) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K92003_13E6 and K92003_15B12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IFNA1.
