Anti-Human EGF Antibody [KT2]
-
Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with KT57 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. EGF was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human EGF monoclonal antibody (KT2) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT2 and KT57 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of EGF.
