Anti-Human IL12A Antibody [K92010_16E1]

Western blotting
25 ng of recombinant human IL12A and 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B were run on 6- 18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92010_16E1 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL12A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K92010_16E1 can detect human IL12A by Western blotting.

Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with K92010_16E1 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IL12A (Cat. P00727PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL12A monoclonal antibody (K92010_6H3) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K92010_16E1 and K92010_6H3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL12A.
