    25 ng of recombinant human IL12A and 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B were run on 6- 18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92010_1E2 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL12A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. 

    Result: K92010_1E2 can detect human IL12A by Western blotting.
