Anti-Human TNF Antibody [K03008_3A9]

Catalog No. K03008R03A09C
  • Western blotting

25 ng of recombinant human TNF was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K03008_3A9 at 1 µg/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as secondary antibody. TNF-alpha band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.

Result: K03008_3A9 can detect recombinant human TNF-alpha by Western blotting.
