25 ng of recombinant human IL-2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose paper. K16225_2H10 at 1 µg/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. IL-2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K16225_2H10 can detect recombinant human IL-2 by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with K16225_2H10 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. IL-2 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL-2 monoclonal antibody (KT7) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K16225_2H10 and KT7 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL-2.
