Anti-Human IFNG Antibody [KT219]

Western blotting
25 ng of recombinant human IFNG was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT219 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNG band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: KT219 can detect recombinant human IFNG by Western blotting.

Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with KT219 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Human IFNG was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IFNG monoclonal antibody (KT218) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT219 and KT218 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNG.

Cross reactivity
Microtiter wells were coated with various human cytokines. KT219 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
Result: KT219 does not cross-react with human IL1B, IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, CSF2, IFNA, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
