100 ng of recombinant human IFNG was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K29001_10H3 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNG band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K29001_10H3 can detect recombinant human IFNG by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with K29001_10H3 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Human IFNG (Cat. P00705PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IFNG monoclonal antibody (K29001_1D8) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K29001_10H3 and K29001_1D8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNG.
