Anti-Human IFNA2 Antibody [KT107]

Catalog No. K06024R02B04C
  • Western blotting

25 ng of recombinant human IFNA2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT107 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNA2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.

Result: KT107 can detect recombinant human IFNA2 by Western blotting.
