25 ng of recombinant human CXCL8 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT215 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CXCL8 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: KT215 can detect human CXCL8 by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with KT215 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. CXCL8 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CXCL8 monoclonal antibody (KT212) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT215 and KT212 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CXCL8.
