25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_9H12 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-1B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: K24005_9H12 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.
Microtiter wells were coated with K24005_9H12 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Recombinant human IL1B (Cat. P00706PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1B monoclonal antibody (K24005_7B6) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: K24005_9H12 and K24005_7B6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1B.
