Anti-Human IL1B Antibody [K24005_5E11]

25ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_5E11 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL1B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. 

Result: K24005_5E11 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.

Microtiter wells were coated with K24005_5E11 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Recombinant human IL1B (Cat. P00706PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1B monoclonal antibody (K24005_10C1) was used as the detection antibody.

Result: K24005_5E11 and K24005_10C1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1B. 

Microtiter wells were coated with human cytokines. K24005_5E11 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. 

Result: K24005_5E11 does not cross-react with human IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, CSF2, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
