Anti-Human IL1B Antibody [K24005_2A5]

25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_2A5 at 1 µg/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. IL1B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. 

Result: K24005_2A5 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.

Mouse anti-IL1B (K24005_2A5) monoclonal antibody can pair with peroxidase conjugated K24005_7B6 by sandwich ELISA. Microtiter plates were coated with K24005_2A5 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1B (K24005_7B6) was used as the detection antibody. 

Result: K24005_2A5 and K24005_7B6 can be used as matched antibody pairs to detect and quantify the concentration of human IL1B.

Microtiter wells were coated with human cytokines. K24005_2A5 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. 

Result: K24005_2A5 does not cross-react with human IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, CSF2, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
