Anti-Human IL1B Antibody [KT216]

  • Western blotting

    25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT216 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL1B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. 

    Result: KT216 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.
