Anti-Human IL11 Antibody [KT8]
-
Western blotting
25ng of recombinant human IL-11 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT8 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-11 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
Result: KT8 can detect recombinant human IL-11 by Western blotting.
-
Sandwich ELISA
Microtiter wells were coated with KT8 at 5 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL11 monoclonal antibody (KT62) was used as the detection antibody.
Result: KT8 and KT62 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL11.
